Die Stereo-Kamera ist ein flexibles Streifenprojektionssystem, das hinsichtlich aller relevanten Parameter (Messempfindlichkeit, Messfeldgröße, Auflösung, Anpassung an Objektform, Beleuchtungsstrategie, etc.) an die Messanforderungen individuell angepasst werden kann. Bei Bedarf können auch weitere Kameras hinzugefügt werden, um Objekte in einer Messung möglichst vollständig zu erfassen. Für große Messbereiche, die mit hoher Auflösung erfasst werden sollen, kann die Stereo-Kamera mit Retrohaltern ausgestattet werden, die von einem Lasertracker erfasst werden. Hierdurch ist es möglich, die Daten auch ohne Referenzpunkte auf dem Objekt in ein Gesamtkoordinatensystem zusammenzuführen und eine Punktwolke über das gesamte Objekts zu erhalten.
